Coach highlights and reviews key components of workbook

Letter/Answers to Questions to an IFS Coach
Applicant sends coach draft/existing resume and cover letter and answers
to the interview questions from the workbook
Step #6: IFS Completes an In-Depth Analysis
of Your Resume/Cover Letter/Answers to Questions
Coach reviews and analyzes resume, cover letter and interview answers
Step #7: Receive “New and Improved”
Resume and Cover Letter
Coach reworks resume, provides an updated cover letter, and develops
persuasive theme as to the value the applicant offers, key differentiators
of the applicant, and why the applicant is right for the job
Step #8: Conduct a One-On-One Discussion
With Your Coach to Review “New and Improved” Materials
Coach and applicant jointly review analysis and discuss edits made to
resume and cover letter
Step #9: Receive One-On-One Coaching on
How to Improve Answers to Questions
Coach customizes the applicant’s answers to the type of job and
industry applicant is targeting (i.e. investment banking vs sales vs
accounting vs engineering) to give them the edge they need
Step #10 Improve Answers to Interview Questions
Applicant then rewrites answers to interview questions and works on
additional interview questions in the workbook
Step #11: Submit Answers to Interview Questions
to IFS for Additional Analysis
Applicant sends rewritten interview answers to coach for review
Step 12: Receive Additional Recommendations on Answers to Questions
Coach reviews updated answers to interview questions and e-mails candidate
regarding any additional, final suggestions.
Step #13: Practice Interviewing During
a Mock Interview With Your IFS Coach
Coach and applicant complete a mock interview to practice answering
interview questions; coach gives feedback and helps applicant reposition
certain answers
Step #14: Obtain Individual Coaching on
Interview Preparation and Follow Up
Coach and applicant prepare for upcoming interviews; targeting specific
questions and answers for each job interview; works with applicant on
how to close the interview and get the interviewer to say “yes”;
coach helps provide research on specific companies applicant is interested
(i.e. sales history, press releases, product issues)
Step #15: Receive Ongoing One-On-One Support

Applicant
maintains ongoing dialogue with coach via email and phone with questions
regarding upcoming interviews or feedback on recently conducted interviews
