for Success, Inc. (“IFS” or “we”) and the purpose
of this privacy policy is to make you aware of what personal data IFS
collects about you through your use of the IFS website (“IFS Site”)
and for what uses or purposes IFS does so.
By using the IFS Site or purchasing IFS goods or services through the
IFS Site, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION IFS COLLECTS
IFS collects personally identifiable information from you when you create
a user account on the IFS Site (describe below) and when you purchase

information, such as credit card numbers.
From
time to time, IFS may wish to offer you the opportunity to receive products
or services from IFS or its affiliates at special or discounted pricing.
When you create your account with IFS, you are asked to indicate your
preference to receive such products and services or advertising and promotions
for products and services by selecting a box on the account form. Unless
you indicate a preference not to receive these products or services, IFS
may send you advertising and promotions and may share your information
with IFS’ affiliate partners who may use it for the same purpose.
If at anytime, you wish to stop receiving these types of communications
from IFS or IFS’ affiliate partners, please contact IFS at customerservice@interviewingforsuccess.com.

of 1998 and will not accept personally identifiable information from anyone
under the age of 13.
PURPOSE OF USER ACCOUNT
Some portions of the IFS Site are available to you without creating a
user account with IFS. However, other portions of the IFS Site and the
purchase of IFS products and services require you to create such an account
which includes providing IFS with certain personally identifiable information
about you. IFS needs this personal data in order to provide you with services
customized for you individually and to allow you access to stored information
which relates specifically to you and your activity on, and purchase of
IFS products and services, through the IFS Site. In addition, creating
a user account gives you the opportunity, if you wish, to opt-out of receiving
products, services, promotions and other communications from IFS and IFS
affiliate partners.
ACCESSING, CHANGING OR REVIEWING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may view and change your personal information stored in your user
account by signing onto the IFS Site. We ask that you make any changes
promptly to your user account if your personal information has changed.
You may also request that we close your user account by emailing IFS at
customerservice@interviewingforsuccess.com.
If you request that we close your IFS account, we will remove your personal
information from view. However, IFS will retain the information in its
records in order to comply with law and to help prevent fraud, collect
fees, resolve disputes and take other actions permitted by law.
THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS OF MARKETING INFORMATION
When you make a purchase or create a user account through the IFS Site,
IFS requests your preference for receiving direct mail (both mail and
email) promotions and advertising. However, third party suppliers of marketing
information often provide IFS with personally identifiable information
from consumers who may wish to purchase IFS products or services. IFS
is not always aware of and does not control the privacy practices of these
third party suppliers. As a result, it is possible that your name and
other personally identifiable information about you may appear on a list
IFS receives from a third party supplier. In such a case you could receive
a direct mail promotion or advertisement from us even if you had opted
not to receive such direct mail from IFS when you created your account
or made a purchase on the IFS Site. If at anytime you receive a direct
mail promotion from us and no longer wish to receive similar promotions
in the future, please email us at customerservice@interviewingforsuccess.com.

advertising and promotion and provide a more secure site. Cookies cannot
be used to find your name, email address, or anything that is uniquely
identifying about you unless you provide that information. For example,

to any individual. IFS may share the aggregated data with third parties
and the public.
